My Letter to Leon Benoit, MP

I read your article in the Vegreville Advertiser and that was a very interesting spin you put on the issue of same-sex marriages. Giving same-sex couples the right to marry does not force others to perform same-sex marriages. Of course religious freedoms will be protected! But from what I'm reading, you're campaigning to protect these freedoms by spreading fear to religious communities and being discriminatory against homosexual couples. I, myself am catholic and I support same-sex marriages and I know others who although religious, believe same-sex marriages should be legalized. They know people aren't going to force their church to marry them.

I remember back when same-sex marriages was an issue under the Chretein Government and I had written you and the response I had received at the time was the conservative party believed it was a matter for Parliment, not the courts (which is a fair position to take). Now I see your true colours shine through on the issue.

I found your article disgusted me and I am sorely sorry others will read this propaganda and blindly follow you with your narrow-minded views.

I was so mad I forgot to add the pleasantries for the beginning of the letter and sign the letter at the end. In fact, I didn't even proof-read it. I just typed and hit send. Anyway, people like him makes me so mad and embarrassed to live in Alberta.

Goggle

Dean did a Google search for "Stephanie Chan" and my site actually came up as the second link. I'm surprised! I used to always appear six pages in or so. Now the only Stephanie Chan website ahead of me is wallpapers of a Chinese actress.

My video game comic book site is growing steadily. I uploaded some preview pages of Devil may Cry #4, Killzone #2, and Darkstalkers #1. I am so afraid to work on the Tomb Raider section because each issue must have at least four variant covers. And I'm not sure if I can track down all the covers for Sonic The Hedgehog, but I will try. I also have a complete redesign overhaul planned for it, including giving it it's own URL and server.

On a side note I have updated my wish list (yet again!), and there are links to Stanley's, Steve's, and Dean's lists too. And I can't believe Doll Andrea is already mailing me a christmas package! Thank you!!!!!! ^_^ I await in anticipation!
